18.12.09 :: New Email Facility Launched
IEMS launched a new Email facility in collaboration with Gmail (Google) where email is more intuitive, efficient and useful. Now all the students and faculty members of IEMS can enjoy this email facility (username@iems.edu.pk). With this new facility they will be able to Keep unwanted messages out of their inbox with Google's powerful spam blocking technology. Keep any message they might need down the road, and then find it fast with Google search. Send mail, read new messages and search their archives instantly from their phones.

15.12.09 :: IEMS Forum
IEMS launched a new Forum to help and facilitate the students in their studies. Students will be able to share their problems and comments. Get help in their studies. Get the solution of difficult excercises. This forum will also provide a source to indulge the students in extra curricular activities.

02.12.09 :: Mid Term Fall 2009
Midterm exams for Fall 2009 are being started from 2nd of December 2009. Students have already made their own date sheets. The exam will be conducted in different sessions. IEMS team has already configured the software and hardware for the smooth conduct of the exams. Extra systems are prepared for backups and support. Facilities of generators and UPS are verified. Environment related setup is ensured to facilitate the students to attempt their exams in trouble free mode.

15.07.09 :: IEMS Declared as VU Campus (PSMD01)
After the detailed inspection finally IEMS is declared as a campus of Virtual University of Pakistan. The campus code is PSMD01. The facilities at IEMS are the exact match of the requirements of the VU students. First time the students of this area will be able to take state of art courses like MBA, MCS, MIT, BSCS, BSIT, BBA.

13.06.09 ::Lab Networking
A team of highly skilled professionals of Networking Department from Lahore visited IEMS. The team installed & configured the latest devices for fast and efficient networking. 2 DSL connections of 4MB are provided in the 4 Labs to facilitate the students. Facility for wireless connectivity is also provided.
